NoteworthyIT is different than most IT service providers.   The most common type of IT service is Break/Fix.  Break/Fix means that when somehing breaks you call an IT service provider and they try to fix the problem.  You're billed on an hourly basis for their services.   Repair costs quickly mount up for seemingly small problems.   The problem is that Break/Fix service providers only make money when something breaks, therefore, there's no real incentive to resolve your IT problems.

NoteworthyIT takes a very different, proactive approach.   We are a Managed Service Provider and most of our services are delivered for a reasonable, fixed, prepaid, monthly fee.   Your IT service costs are predictable and consistant from month to month.   Every single device on your network is checked multiple times a day to ensure that it performing optimally.   As an example, we check over 300 seperate system functions every 10 minutes on every single Microsoft Windows 7 computer on every clients network.   We do this 24/7/365.   When one or more of these functions has a problem, we are immediately alerted.   Using special remote remediation tools, most alerts are completely resolved without the user ever being aware that a problem existed.   This proactive approach allows us to fix most issues before they develop into more serious problems effecting user productivity.  Most importantly, this service is not billed on an hourly basis.  They are part of your monthly service plan.
